I've made a last minute decision to load up the car and visit my sister in Florida. Hubby can't go (pout), and I hate driving in big cities. Keep us in your prayers! I plan to get home late Wednesday.

- I am both the wife of an engineer-turned-farmer in the beautiful hills of Wisconsin and the homeschooling mom of 3 teenagers. We raise Simmental cattle and grow corn, and soybeans. We also raise chickens and turkeys for our own use and have laying hens. We are giving our children a Christian classical education, and this is our 13th year of homeschooling. The night sky is my hobby. I sew, knit, bake bread, cook from scratch, grind wheat, garden, make soap and so much more! Also, I should not forget to tell you that we all love cats! Welcome!

Have you seen her? She made it as far as Terra Haute, IN tonight. Long day of traveling, but it took some time getting packed and out. She hopes to get through Nashville before rush hour tomorrow. Please keep her in your prayers. I am.

Close, but not there yet.
They are in Greenville, AL tonight. They got a late start this morning, were driving in heavy rain, and it got dark. Jean decided she was tired and it was best to get a motel room and finish the trip in the morning. Please keep them in your prayers.

Jean called to let me know that they had arrived about 11:00 this morning (Saturday).

I talked Jean last night. They are having a good time. The plans are to leave for home some time today. Jean wants to make the trip home a little easier, so she will get an early start.
