My mom hurt her back trying to fill in for my brother for chores. She is in a lot of pain and could use a lot of prayer. This is the third day and it doesn’t seem to be getting any better.

- I am both the wife of an engineer-turned-farmer in the beautiful hills of Wisconsin and the homeschooling mom of 3 teenagers. We raise Simmental cattle and grow corn, and soybeans. We also raise chickens and turkeys for our own use and have laying hens. We are giving our children a Christian classical education, and this is our 13th year of homeschooling. Oh my, when it pours, it really pours, doesn't it? Prayers and concern and love from Texas... please post how she is doing and if she goes to the doctor.

Dear Jean and family, Praying for all of you during this "rough patch". Wish I was there to help pitch in, but western SD is just too far away for me to get there. Can you enlist help from your Amish neighbors, just for the short term? Please get some rest & don't hesitate to enlist some extra help, if it is available. Keep us posted.....

praying for your mother. I came here to ask her a question about a Spanish curriculum she recommended on Well Trained Mind. Never mind on that. I'll pray for her and look up the answer on the WTM board myself. I do hope she feels better soon.
