- I am both the wife of an engineer-turned-farmer in the beautiful hills of Wisconsin and the homeschooling mom of 3 teenagers. We raise Simmental cattle and grow corn, and soybeans. What a lovely scene! I do miss the snow. Very seldom do we have snow in South Carolina.
It got down to 0 C last night, and there was precipitation along the coast. I joked with Michel and said, "Wouldn't it be lovely if the precipitation moved inland and it snowed?" He laughed because he knows it is very unlikely.
I read we are going to have another warm winter in the South. I will have to drive to the mountains again to see snow this year. Sigh.
