Jean, I wish you could see into our house when I'm on your blog. I find a cat picture. "Kid!" He comes a-runnin', even putting down LEGOs, Bionicles, or breakfast. He *always* smiles, reads the caption, chuckles, and then enlarges the picture for closer examination. Then he starts in on the cats--which is his favorite, which is the prettiest...he knows about 15 of your cats by name.
I am both the wife of an engineer-turned-farmer in the beautiful hills of Wisconsin and the homeschooling mom of 3 teenagers. We raise Simmental cattle and grow corn, and soybeans. We also raise chickens and turkeys for our own use and have laying hens. We are giving our children a Christian classical education,
and this is our 13th year of homeschooling. The night sky is my hobby. I sew, knit, bake bread, cook from scratch, grind wheat, garden, make soap and so much more! Also, I should not forget to tell you that we all love cats! Welcome!

There are only 16 cats, so you are doing VERY well--oh I suppose I've posted Silver's pic (otherwise known as Silly), but he has disappeared :-(.
That sounds so sweet!!
Enjoy. I think tomorrow will be a calf pic...
